With as little as three clicks, you could be on your way to less pain. Best of all, this is literally straight out of the box (hint: you won’t even need to crack the pages of the manual).
Earlier this year we became TENS Recovery believers after reviewing the Auvon Touchscreen TENS and Powered Muscle Stimulator. This system works fantastically at relieving minor to moderate pain from injury and other chronic conditions. But the one thing that we noted is that it can get complex reading about all the different stimulation settings, and figuring out which one is right for the pain you are attempting to control. We wondered if there was a device out there that was simpler, more intuitive, and did not require a learning curve. In other words, designed more for the occassional user.
This is it.
The H1 by Auvon may not feature all the options of more complex devices out there… but that is just what the occasional user should ask for. If you are not a power user (someone who has to manage pain on a regular basis) there is a learning curve that you should not have to to recirculate every time you get a new injury. You just place the electrodes where you need them, push a few buttons, and get on with living your life.
This is where the H1 excels. It features a simple handheld controller that will feel familiar to anyone. All the buttons are simplified down to the basics and intuitively labeled. In fact, if your injury is small enough to only require two electrodes, you can be on your way to pain relief in as little as three clicks. The first click is to turn the device on, the second click is to push the button for the body part you need to work on, and the third is to adjust the stimulation level. It is that easy and intuitive.

Massage Bonus
The H1 unit also comes with a massage bonus (as we call it). It is found at the lower quadrant of the remote. There are six buttons, labeled after various massage styles. These should not be ignored as we have found them to be some of the most point-on virtual massage sensations that we have felt with a device like this at any pricepoint, period. Even without trying to reduce pain, it can be quite entertaining to experiment with.
If you are interested in the H1, you can find it here on Amazon.
