There are three things that hold every man back from achieving the body of his dreams – lack of time, energy, and equipment.
At least this is what we like to tell ourselves. In truth, you can get a great workout in practically any amount of time. You will improve your energy level within the first 5 minutes of your warm up, and the body needs no equipment considering your own body weight is all you should ever need to propel your fitness level. In short, your biggest foe to achieving your best body ever is simply your motivation. And that is a mental block that can often be overcome with some good old fashioned visual inspiration.
