The researchers at Binghamton University in New York have looked at what dotting every period after every sentence in a text does for you… and all it accomplishes is making you appear insincere. This is not the case if you are a fan of using question marks or exclamation points. But if you are a true grammar Nazi, you probably hate using exclamations unless it is really needed. But think of it this way, women consider (“I’m crazy about you.”) not as important as (“I’m crazy about you!”). Which makes sense, considering that women like to feel important to their man, so if you can’t bring yourself to be all that excited about her, just leave off the punctuation entirely (“I’m crazy about you”).

If you have to ask, then the answer is most likely “Yes, but could you please lose my number.” So quit wasting your time with these questions and move on to the next.

In other words, some things really don’t need to be shared.

Anything important enough that you need to prelude with a statement like this… will only double in emotional sincerity the moment you say it in person while looking directly at the woman you need to say it to. There is a special place reserved for men who breakup with women over text message… and it is usually home alone. Women like to warn other women about the bad guys they run into… and this grapevine travels a lot quicker than you probably realize. If a woman was being pursued by two men and one says “What’s up?” while the other asks “Do you know what I like to do when I’m really bored?” – which line do you think she is more likely to be prompted to respond to first?
