If you’ve ever wanted to know what kind of woman lies beyond the sexy photos of Jess Impiazzi, you are not alone. In fact, we have been waiting months for the opportunity to ask Jess a few questions about her life, ambitions and preferences in men. Would you care to know what she had to say? We thought you might:
Urbasm: Hi Jess, what all do you have coming up that we can look forward to seeing?
Jess Impiazzi: I’ve just got back from Vegas where I came in at the top three in the miss tropic beauty bikini contest. That enables me to go straight to the world finals in June next year.
Urbasm: Hey, that’s fantastic!
Jess Impiazzi: I’m also working on getting my own gym wear line as I’m really into my gym and fitness, so hopefully soon something down that way. I’ve also been working on my autobiography for about three years and that’s currently with the editor now, so that should be making an appearance in the next year or so.
Urbasm: That is a lot. Do you find that most guys are intimated by all that success… or drawn to it?
Jess Impiazzi: I find that it depends on the man! I always find men who are secure in themselves can handle a head-strong woman with ambition. The men who get intimidated are usually the insecure ones that you need to stay away from. I’m talking from experience here (laughs).
Urbasm: (laughs) And since we’re on the topic of ambition, what is the most ambitious thing on your bucket list for this year?
Jess Impiazzi: About nine years ago my mum lost her eyesight, and she was pretty much saved and retrained in life as a blind person by a charity called Sight for Surrey, so I started mountain climbing to raise money for the charity. So far I’ve completed Ben Nevis, Kinabalu in Borneo and Kilimanjaro in Africa. I hate doing it and it’s super hard work – but I’ve got the climbing bug and now Everest base camp is on my bucket list!
Urbasm: Kudos to you, Jess. That is awesome! And switching gears a bit: Like most guys, we’re fans of lovely ladies wearing intimate lounge wear and your new 2016 calendar is no exception! Can you give us guys a few pointers on how to pick out something that will be a hit for our women?
Jess Impiazzi: I think the best way to do it is to know your woman’s personality. If she’s a cute girly girl – you need to match that kind of lingerie set with you know, a pink cutesy. But if your lady has a kinky side you may want to spice it up a little more sexy and deeper colours, such as red and black for example.
Urbasm: Yeah, now you’re talking. So what do you think makes a man more attractive to you when it comes to how he dresses? Is it a suit or white t-shirt and jeans – what gets your attention?
Jess Impiazzi: As I’m getting older and looking more to settle down, I think suits are more of an attractive style on a man. But it has to be well fitted. The worst thing a man can wear is an ill-fitted suit! However, I do like a man in an expensive tracksuit when he’s just chilling.
Urbasm: Most surveys suggest men also lack in the romance department, what advice can you give us on that?
Jess Impiazzi: Sometimes a girl does need a bit of romance, and I’m disappointed to say I agree with the surveys, men do lack this so often. To me just knowing I’m being thought of is romantic, so after a long day run me a bath or even whisk me off my feet for a surprise meal at my favorite restaurant. It’s not hard to be romantic, but I just don’t think a lot of men think about this as much as females. Hence, why it probably doesn’t happen a lot.
Urbasm: We will try harder. What do you think most women find attractive about a man besides his looks? Are there any big turn-offs for you?
Jess Impiazzi: To me personally, looks are only the immediate attraction that doesn’t last very long! A man who has no banter and cannot make me laugh could be the best-looking human on earth, but I wouldn’t be interested. My main turn on with a guy is confidence (not arrogance). He needs to have an aura of control and just make me laugh.
Urbasm: So us guys need to learn to be more romantic, funny and confident?
Jess Impiazzi: Like I said in the previous question, it’s so important to be confident to me, I need to have someone around that I know if there was a problem he could walk in and fix it, not shy away and leave me to sea with it, so I believe that kind of confidence is imperative.
Urbasm: What are the three things that every man should know (according to you)—to make us all better men?
Jess Impiazzi: One, listen more to what a woman is saying. Two, make sure you are thoughtful and every now and then just give her a little surprise, even if it’s just a bath after a long day. Three, keep well groomed and also have a great smelling aftershave!
Urbasm: We can do that, Jess. Thank you for chatting with us; it has been a pleasure!
And may we recommend keeping in touch with Jess through her Twitter, Instagram, and for a much more up close and personal encounter – you can get her brand new 2016 calendar here.
