We have talked to a lot of well-known dating experts over the years, and the one thing we have learned is that you never want to get caught trying too hard. What this means is fumbling for compliments, fishing for her interest while giving too much of your own away. Women like a challenge just as much as you do; the key is to make yourself the kind of challenge she thinks she wants. If you make it seem like you’ll be worth her while, by keeping your cards only partially revealed, she probably will.
Maintain Eye Contact
A lot can be said about the power of eye contact. It demonstrates a very direct message of what you want in a very casual way. They have done studies on this kind of thing, and women are more interested in a man if he appears to be ‘directly’ interested in her (and not a bunch of random women). So don’t let her catch you scanning the room for other possibilities while she’s talking. Make sure she knows that she is important with a minimum of 60 to 85 percent of your full attention, which means direct eye contact.
Don’t Rush
Here is one of the biggest differences between men and women when it comes to a pickup. A man will know within the first 5-minutes if he wants to sleep with a woman. A woman, on the other hand, may take anywhere from 15-minutes or more. This is where a lot of guys without confidence make too many mistakes.
