The important thing to remember when committing to a healthy lifestyle change, is it is a lifestyle. You can’t do it for a few weeks and go back to the burgers and pizza. Well, you can, but what would be the point? This is a lifestyle change, so it requires commitment, and that means sticking with it. You are permitted the occasional cheat days, for when you’re dying for a burger or piece of chocolate, but these should be few and far between.

While you’re at it, in case you haven’t heard, you might want to drink more green tea. It’s full of good stuff too. Last but not least, fish oil has also been know for it’s omega-3 fatty acids, along with helping prevent and kill various cancers, and even reverse a number of cardiovascular diseases. One other thing to keep in mind is that proper eating and exercise and also lead to an increase in overall happiness.
