Galaxy Gear by Samsung is a nifty smartwatch that not only helps you keep track of your day, it’ll help you look good while doing it. It features an ample 1.63-inch screen, 1.9 megapixel camera, and Android OS. The screen features OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology that allows for the thinest screen possible, enabling the entire watch to weigh only 2.6 ounces.
The idea behind wearable tech, is it has the potential to attract more buyers. Not only will Galaxy Gear attract the tech geeks who like to have the latest stuff, it will also tempt the fashion conscience who just want to own a stylish watch. During its introduction it will come in six colors, including white, black, silver, orange, gold, and lime green.
The Gear will be coming out this October in the states, and Samsung is prepared to ship out 500,000 of these before the year is through. Check it out in all its glory:
