The P90X formula has all the nutrients that a growing body needs. I’m certainly not saying that this is the only formula that will bring results, but they have done a pretty fantastic job of putting together the ingredients, and I will show you exactly what I mean.
P90X is all-natural. It has no artificial sweeteners. Instead, it has been formulated with Stevia, and if you’ve done your homework on glucose recovery drinks, you may recall that these can cause gastrointestinal issues and weight gain. Two things you don’t want when on a date with a sexy lady, or looking to get a lean, toned physique.
P90X Recovery does not contain an excessive amount of caffeine to give you that fake lift. It has some of the high quality amino acids you can buy. And here’s a tip for you. Always look for the letter “L” before any amino listed as an ingredient. This states that it is the highest quality you can get, and not just some filler. P90X Recovery is formulated with creatine, which is just the right amount to help you build quality muscle, without promoting added mass in the form of weight gain, which is not what the program was designed to do.
It has a decent flavor too; especially if you are a fan of Orange Julius’. I have heard some guys bulk at the price. However, if you compare its serving size with the average recovery drink. it is actually not the most expensive by any stretch. In fact, $60 a month for one meal replacement per day would be hard to beat.
One word of caution, however; this is not meant to be a weight loss drink, like Slim Fast or equivalent. It has been designed to help you recover after finishing a P90X workout. If you do not plan on working out, this drink will not help you to do anything, except maybe add a few calories and vitamins to your regular diet.
I’ve hopefully helped you to decide, and now it is up to you to commit and succeed.
